TEAM COMMITMENT
MISSION STATEMENT
To many times as I have coached youth sports I have found
myself asking an athlete to use a technique or put him in a
situation where his strength and coordination
are just not at the level to use the technique correctly
which puts him in a situation either to fail and or possibly injure himself

1.  TEAM COMMITMENT is dedicated to slow building of overall
strength and agility

2.  TEAM COMMITMENT isn't affiliated with any sport,
but is designed for strength and agility
which will benefit a youth athlete in all sports such as,
basketball, soccer, football, wrestling, baseball, tennis, swimming.

3.  TEAM COMMITMENT is for all youth athletes at any level.

4.  Team Commitment is a tool for an athlete and a way for parents
in a positive fashion prepare their child for the rigors
of physical sports.

5.  TEAM COMMITMENT is in no way mandatory, it is a voluntary
program with helpful hints.
